Added Features on Favourites Index Page

The list of songs on the index page now has a couple of different items on it

After each Title there is the Song Key and also in brackets the number of chords in the song

This was requested by a number of tutors and group leaders to quickly allow them to setup sub faves (and then songbooks) for varying levels of difficulty
