Adding Highlights/Markups to a page and printing PDF

If you feel the need to add a yellow background highlight to a section of a song or to put something in bold or italics then this is now possible. This is often useful for groups to give instructions.

Click on EDIT up in the menu. Go to the section that you want to highlight and put {soh}….{eoh} around the text to highlight. For example:

{soh}highlight me please{eoh}

This usually works across multiple lines but I do advise that you just do it on small sections (it won’t work across the spacer line between verses for instance). If a line doesn’t show then wrap that line separately

Bold markup is by using

{sob}…{eob}

and italics by

{soi}…{eoi}

Click on the UPDATE button to put the changes on the page.

Then you can go up the PDF’s and click on Create page and get a PDF of your marked up page.

I have highlighted a song with Yellow highlight and bold in the Youtube line as an example: https://ozbcoz.com/Songs/song.php?ID=2766

Note that any changes you make to a song are only valid while that browser window is open – they are NOT permanent.

    Cheers Chris

  2. Hi Chris – not at the moment – but I will look to see if that can be changed
