Create PDFs of Songs
There are basically 3 ways to get a PDF from a song.
- If the song hasn’t been modified (font size, key etc.) you can download the pre-created PDF of the song. This is the one that appears in the big PDF Songbook. Simply go to the Files menu, then click on the first entry in the dropdown menu and it will be downloaded immediately (very quick)
- If you have made some changes then there are a couple of ways to get the PDF:
- a. If you don’t want to use any of the extra PDF formatting features then click on the printer icon up on the top line. This will open up the Browser’s print manager and let you create a PDF (in the dropdown where you select the printer). You will need to specify the filename to use and the PDF will be created very quickly and downloaded to your downloads folder
- b. If you want to use some of the features in the PDF menu (page numbers etc) then click on Files, set the parameters and then click on Create PDF. This can take from 5 – 15 seconds to create the PDF (hoping to improve this). The PDF will appear in your Browser downloads
