Scrolling for songs
I have added a scroll feature for the individual songs. If you bring up a song then you can click on the scroll button – the chord diagrams will move to the top (if you haven’t already done that) and the song will start scrolling. You can speed up the scroll with the faster button or slow it with the slower button. When you have finished press Stop and the screen will go back to how it was.
If you move the mouse over the song (or press your finger to the song text for tablets) it will pause. Simply move the mouse away (or touch away from the song – e.g. in the title area for tablets) to continue.
This should be useful for clubs that want to project the song or for those using tablets out and about. Hope it helps.

You guys are so awesome, I think to-date there’s nothing like it with all the new features esp. the transposing to preferred tone. I love it so much, keep up the great job!
Thanks Tess

Hi Jim,
When I press scroll on my iPad, nothing happens. Is it because my iPad is a few years old?

Don’t know – I will have to borrow one and check – works on my Android tablet and phone. Will check it out during the next day or so Jean
Thanks Jim, guess what…it’s working now!
excellent – sometimes what happens is that the javascript for the page can get interrupted on download and so things that rely on the js can be broken. If that happens then refresh and it should work 🙂
Just checked on an iPad and this seems to scroll ok on both Safari and Opera browsers on our iPad. What should happen is that the chords all shoot to the top from the side (if that is where they are) and then the chords stay there but the song scrolls up.
Can you tell me more about the model/age of the iPad and I will try to find one like yours and test it out.
