US Letter PDF and Word Printing

The setting of A4 or US Letter was mostly to show how it would look on the screen. But people told me that when the PDF was printed then it was setup internally as A4 so the printer wanted that paper and it got confusing if you were US based and used Letter sized stationary.

The setting now should work well with printers as will the Landscape setting
